Today we will share how at DCSPL, with the market knowledge, we make things happen.
One of our esteemed clients, very big group having presence into many industries, retained us for a search assignment, for Head Operations for one of their businesses, with CTC up to 50 L p.a.
Once we received the name of candidates already explored, our research team got into action and made a list of the probable candidates. Senior Recruiter interacted with them, and presented the details of few of them to the client. Senior HR person, gave the feedback that all candidates are good, have relevant experience but asked for more candidates. Research team had explored the entire industry through company mapping, referencing and even some of the international companies and were not able to find any more candidate.
We prepared MIS of the work done and presented to the client, and clearly mentioned that to close this position some criteria’s need to be changed. Within 4 days, Group HR Head had a talk with head of DCSPL, understood the situation and asked to arrange the interview of one candidate with much higher expectation.
And the position was successfully closed with CTC of 87 L p.a.
