EXCEEDING EXPECTATIONS of the clients and thriving on challenging assignments is what DCSPL team loves to do.
HR Head of one of our esteemed clients, inquired with us whether we can source a non-Indian, a foreigner from dairy industry from European countries and facilitate in his relocation to India. We agreed to work on this assignment on retention basis.
Our research team initiated the actions and an experienced Recruiter started to interact with the probable candidates to check their interest & availability for relocating to India. We presented the details of 3 candidates to the client, out of which one was shortlisted. He was interviewed by MD of the client company, invited to India for a meeting, wherein the deal was finalised.

This was the first expat search mandate, handled successfully, few years ago. Thereafter we have successfully closed many such assignments.
