Often the best solution to a management problem is the right people and we at DCSPL go out of the way to reach to the right people, for our clients.
Two real Estate Companies – one UAE based and another Indian based, joined hands for a construction project in Dubai, UAE. They were looking for Architects, Interior Designers, and landscape architects. Client wanted to hire them on their rolls for full time on permanent basis but to their utter dismay, they were not able to find such people as generally architects work on project basis and not full time for one project.
DCSPL agreed to work on this assignment on retention basis plus reimbursement of all out of the pocket expenses. We took a completely different approach of head hunting – we started getting personal references, and visiting different architecture, real estate exhibitions and symposiums in the cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai and Ahmedabad.
By networking with different architects, we reached to three architects from Istanbul with the exact matching criteria’s of the client and all of them agreed to work in Dubai on the client’s rolls with fixed amount of salary.
It was one more closure which gave utter satisfaction.
