For an International French Company based in DR Congo, DCSPL took precise care of the exact requirements of the client and provided them with the appropriate and foremost candidates to assure the suitability.

We successfully mitigated the language and cultural barriers over a 180-degree horizon for both its employers and employees with introducing multilingual contract system.

The candidates selected for 2 positions, having Indian lifestyle and vegetarian diets were taken care of by the French client and were provided quality housing in nearby Indian locality having a number of Indian Restaurants. The French company gave in their full efforts to make the candidates feel homely.
