Process improvement, evaluating effectiveness and making necessary changes is an on-going mission of the team of temporary staffing at DCSPL. As a result, the clients are served and growing business becomes the by product.
Last month, one of our esteemed clients called us to discuss few points, sign the contract with a group company and add 50 plus associates on our rolls. It was very heartening to hear that other HR firms were vying to empanel this client with lower rates but they didn’t even consider them. More weightage was given to the accountability culture of DCSPL, accuracy in work and dedicated team serving them.
Client specifically mentioned about the value added service of sending MIS Report which enables them to know all the relevant and necessary details about all activities done during the month. In their own words: “DCSPL maintains 100% transparency by providing monthly MIS Report with all the details required at senior level.” Senior HR person reiterated – to let them know before 6 months of contract renewal, so that the renewal is done in time.
Last but not the least, seamless integration of all the formalities was done and salary paid to the associates on 7th.
