Candidates Profile |
- Good communication skills both internally and externally.
- Ability to understand the clients requirements and to be able to devise and articulate the most appropriate supply chain management solutions.
- Flexibility in approach to solutions. Needs to be comfortable with ambiguity.
- Creativity – ability to be confident and convincing at highest level within the client organisations
- Extensive knowledge of clinical trial design and all the drug development process
- Extensive knowledge of the clinical trial supply chain process globally
- Extensive knowledge of the application of information technology to the management of clinical trials. Particular understanding of the functionality and applicability of IVRS/ Web and OCR Fax technology to the management of the clinical supply chain for all types of clinical trials.
- Analytical skills both operations and financial
- Teamwork especially in a matrix management organisation. Ability to work across functions across Fisher sites and across companies to achieve objectives.
- Proven networking skills – must be able to network internally and externally with client organisations and other service providers
- Experience of technical integration work following merger/ acquisition activity.

Job Description |
- Develop an in depth understanding of FCS facilities and capabilities world wide
- Develop an understanding of the FCS business plan and related pricing and proposal processes
- Identification, prioritization and development of business opportunities within the UK and Global pharmaceutical industry, compatible with the site sales objectives
- Identify risk areas and build and manage contingency into the account portfolio and revenue streams
- Maintenance of ADP's and delivery of FRQ, revenue and milestone objectives in line with allocated key accounts and new business targets
