While answering questions, writer is strongly uncomfortable. Even writing job description has taken much thinking, pondering over. Plenty of hesitation, withdrawal, sinking feeling is noticed and it happens when job clarity does not exist and writer wish to hold information but compelled to write. I infer that writer is expected to perform piece-meal jobs (very short duration) where word responsibility does not arise. This may be like welcoming the people and initial entertainment of clients till real business starts.

Basically the writer is introvert and has opened up for routine functional purpose since the job depends on it. Even this small achievement is enough for writer to feel elated but has doubts for further progress.

Writer is shallow thinker and hence no consistency which oscillates emotions but those are in control. A writer confidence level is low and has doubt is self. Any futuristic issue is a caution. Though writer is pretending brave on face, at heart fear lurks. Writers instinctive reaction is hide, shrink, keep calm if fear is sensed i.e. don’t talk or reveal thoughts and that is safety.

In organizations workers weakness is lack of knowledge or skill i.e. ignorance. So writer has a tendency to bank on others. Such people do not have choice and forced to accept the way things come to them in life. They behave like rudderless ship. Automatically they leave themselves to God or follow a priest/saint for their every problem, in blind faith (correlate personal details)
