He does take some time to attract people because be is not charismatic type or with strong leadership qualities but as the people come in his contact they start finding better points in his character. As per his present approach, he believes in ‘normal speed and steady wins the race’. His logic is to take the responsibility, which he can and must be able to carry. So, though his speed may not impress but results are mostly positive, for what he commits. He enjoys his work. He has adequate intelligence to serve his current portfolio.

He has sufficient confidence level; trust in self and moderate ego. He has balanced behavior. He bothers for people, company, country (total environment) and emotions sway suitably. His approach attracts and develops long lasting relationship. Besides his materialistic demands are also normal so he can share with his team/company, which creates harmony.

He is truthful to self and his surroundings. He is sincerely pinched for his knowledge bank. Company should take initiative for his growth because probability of returns is quite good. He has to change his tendency of ‘will do’. It is an upward journey of few people about changes from quantity matters to quality matters. It is a natural process of growth.

He believes in contributing for company growth and wishes good. He has trace of dissatisfaction (his personal view) in the areas of management consultancy and external customer relation. He feels that it can be better than what it is. He sincerely feels hurt for his country’s economic and political condition. His actions are result of thoughtful thinking.
 
Try this man for jobs demanding customer contact.
Give him opportunity and encouragement to organize training, seminars and knowledge forum etc., with minimal intervention by seniors.
 
Don’t expect tall things but consistent results. He has patience to wait for rewards.
