He is a young budding accountant. He has started developing, whose potential is just opening up. He is yet unaware of his capacities. Since he is optimistic and willing to learn, so he is prone to growth.

He is matured in terms of his behavior. His approach is rational. He is introvert type, so his expressions and views are on lower decibel and needs to be amplified for correct value. Because of his under expressing approach, his initiative will be silent, so seniors need to encourage him to open up and he is willing to shoulder responsibilities. His speed will be less than other people. His approach to work is analytical and processing is with due planning, but with caution. His intelligence is normal and underutilized. Since he has not tried and to develop versatility, his creative approach is yet to get rooted. He has organized thought process. He has an ability to concentrate on important issues and can maintain accuracy.

He has started enjoying his work and hence learning will be faster than before. Little assistance would prove to be of great help, to get him transformed for better. Start loading him gradually and rapidly with enough clarification and the results would be remarkable.

Since he is budding, he has an advantage that he has not to unshackle old habits of business management. He is not comfortable with the old approach e.g. gap between promise and delivery for internal as well as external customers, lip service, will do approach, transparency etc. So he can pick up modern professional approach faster for competitive world, through suitable training to which he is amenable. Based on current sample of writing, he should take 3 – 5 years to produce results. His own success will motivate him at later stage. It all depends on whether company has patience and interest to put resources for him.

He will expect his rewards to come as a result of his input and those need to be in the form of appreciation first and followed by reasonable monetary gain. His nature will not allow him to ask for either favors or what he deserves, from organization.
