He is a man having moderate intelligence. He has experienced slow growth because of his intelligence and probably his social surroundings. Though he claims about his intellectual growth confidently, the fact it is otherwise and his doubts relating to that are visible in writing. Thus monetary growth also trails slowly. Though he has some growth in his life, but his estimates were bigger as per his nature and could not reach to that level thus he feels low. Probably he is best placed among his relatives.

His mental growth from child to adult is not adequate. So normally he behaves like an adult but child keeps peeping through his behavior too often. While working with him it is possible to observe emotional oscillations in his behavior. Childlike tendencies are visible in writing as follows.

	Child wants attention from nearby society always and wants to be in the group. Isolation is painful. Tendency to talk more and act less relatively.

	Child wants to show off his possessions. He feels more proud of his current level of achievements and expects others to take note. His all activities involve loudness.

	He is interested more in physical playful activities than intellectual, so topic for group discussion will appear accordingly always. Physical activity means using force and less technique.

	He can’t think much, so planning is always short term. He is expected to bite more than what he can chew i.e. pick up the work more than his capacity and may find difficultly in completion and in time.

	He plans short term and look early gratification. Any delay makes to protest ( I may leave the job can be extreme. Show tantrum.)

	Gratification and external motivation go hand in hand. Periodical appreciation by seniors, colleagues and family members is a constant desire. It is more necessary to satisfy ego also.

	He will find difficult to understand company leader’s long term viewpoint.

His growth will be slow, still disproportionately demand may come. He has moderate materialistic demand; so periodical monetary rise will satisfy him. His major demand is patting a child within, by his seniors.

His abilities do not allow him to foresee national events and organizational strategy. So he talks about present only.
