He is one among the common man found as an element of middle middle class. Middle class is characterized by its limitations in every walk of life. These limitations, in fact, are a result of his, usually mental and occasionally physical abilities.

He is an average intelligent person with limited abilities. As a result, he can not be a creative. Creativity has risk element, which he finds difficult to afford. Thus his actions are cautious, reserved and naturally slow. Being cautious, he suppresses emotional expressions and decisions are taken after prolonged thinking, with higher risk perception. He is uptight person with controlled behavior.

Any additional responsibility generates negative, depressing thought in his mind at first instance. This type on thinking makes him introvert. He has a tendency to shrink with in self and stops dialogue with coworker and further getting too involved in own thought process ( khayalomein). Thus his take off is slow and shaky.

His limited abilities compel him to become diplomatic wherein he will talk or opine on the issues, not what he thinks right but what other people would like to listen. Thus reporting will vary and only when must.

He is not decision maker. He expects detailed instructions for any work and look around for clues. Any change makes him uncomfortable which makes him passive player. With all his characteristics, he is a follower type personality. He can not lead intellectual team. He is not good communicator on official issues, so ambiguity prevails.

He looks for results in shorter time span but in actual life it happens for physical worker only. The followers are Xerox copies and priced accordingly. This fact, he finds difficult to digest.

It is difficult for him to rise because elevated designation brings in responsibilities, challenges and getting work done. With his limitations, he will continue on the same post with element (trace) of about his perception for less emoluments, higher workload and responsibilities.

He lacks most of the leadership qualities and is timid follower. He knows very well that his survival depends on some leader. He will think enough even if he gets an offer to quit, or in case of status quo, since doubt prevails in his mind about self.
