He is a rare personality to find who is full of contradictions, extremes and most unpredictable, inconsistent.

He is true that he has troubled past and it still pains him and has enormous impact. He experiences emotional swings when he can go introvert (withdrawal) or extrovert, talkative and can have outburst. He will talk with confidence and leave things abruptly.

With some level of his intelligence and physical agility he has crafted some successes. This success has created false opinion (more than what actually deserves) about self. So he shows undue optimism and behavior is euphoric (while the writing sample is taken). He can talk of fantasy and boast. But his standard has hardly upgraded. He attaches undeserving importance to self which creates negative (repulsive) feelings among others. He derives pride in his designation (may be team leader). I am …… This is bragging. He is suffering with complex of inferiority but needs to show big. He carries unpleasant memories of seminar, may be he was not comfortable with new people because interacting with whom you appeal, is an option. Such person can not be good organizer, planner and team leader.

As per present condition he is comfortable with organization/management but may not last with certainty. His mood swing needs to be observed during annual appraisal/reward time and even otherwise.

His client contact should be reduced especially with professional MNC. Messages passing through him are likely to get distorted (poor communication). Think of shifting him back-office.
