He is a composed personality with many qualities. He has a good balance between intellectual, social and materialistic world.

He is an intelligent person, who will be growing steadily because of his critical intellect, cool judgment, best organizing capacity, orderliness, systematic approach, clarity of object and vision. He believes in maintaining quality of work, professional ethics, avoidance of non-productive activities and taking initiative. He achieves his objective in association with fellow workers because of his social qualities. He has stable outward behavior, controlled action, and trust in self which begets trust of followers. He is a person who cares for others growth at thought and practice level. Thus he can gather support from his team. This sets him, his team and organization in north direction of success spiral. He believes that if you want to be king then you need to help your people grow and as a consequence king will prosper.

Transparency and truthfulness, is essential quality for healthy dialogue over challenging issues. His approach is to take challenges as an opportunity and puts his point straight. In case of disagreement or variation in opinion, he will prefer to speak less rather than providing pleasing answers to colleagues/seniors.
