He is an intelligent, confident, independent, rational, quick thinker and speedy person. He likes to be precise, to the point, quick action without much peripheral to hit the targets. He is a good planner. He sticks to his decisions. His normal approach is friendly, social and is go-getter type. He is empathetic with fellow workers but can get tough when targets need to be achieved, in a competitive environment.

In a normal life he moderately expresses his feelings with healthy emotional response. He gets touched at heart and experience pain, and emotional oscillation when things around are in a bad shape.

He is not enough comfortable and pondering over changing scenario about customer behavior, job profile, skill development and present quality of employees, in view of competition. He feels drastically alarmed for present situation and need for fast change.

He is at pain for pathetic aspects in country, especially when he knows that potential exists for improvement.

He is distinctly different person when it comes to profession and personal life. His start on all issues is emotional but gain composure early and exhibits stable behavior. He has healthy relationship with past and future – a good balance for growth.

He has a good self-image. He is friendly but zealously guards his image and maintain invisible curtain. It can be explained as – “he is velvet at touch but if anybody tries to press, immediately revels that his core is of steel.”

He likes to get involve in all intellectual pursuit and especially when the returns are monetary, materialistic. It is internal and external motivation, respectively. He would be ready to shoulder more responsibility with proper delegation of power and freedom to work.

He has many personal plans in mind. Many plans means a need to create priority chain based on resources, especially time management. So, in his case few plans of higher order priority gets implemented, some keeps knocking at the door and rest never get materialized. He has inkling about difficulty in implementing such plans. He is struggling between intellectual, materialistic, social and prima facie spiritual life. He must set priority. He is needed to devote quality time to his spouse. He will turn to society service gradually and will mature best. So he is and will think that how he can improve others life and will do the best of his natural and vested abilities, empathetically.
